When should you book your self catering cottage on Mull?
As summer is the most popular time for visitors. Many people book their summer visit well in advance – sometimes up to a year! A few months in advance is generally advised.

Are there rules to staying in a self catering cottage on Mull?
Like all accommodation, make sure you know what the rules are when you book: check in and check out times; restrictions on noise, smoking and pets; number of guests.

Where pets are allowed, we ask that care is taken on roads and around other animals in particular. Our proximity to wildlife and livestock means that extra caution is highly advised when you’re out with your dog (or dogs) to avoid accidents or injuries.
Scotland banned smoking in public places in 2006 and this includes rental accommodation. Vapes are also not permitted in Isle of Mull Holidays cottages for safety reasons. Whether you smoke or not, we hope you’ll agree that the fresh air smells best!
